1. An organizational structure that promotes the youth development

An organizational structure thatsupports the development of young people and includes five elements. First, the mission and vision of an organization to promote youth development and an important part of the organization's budget is earmarked for direct services for young people. Secondly, staff and board members have a clear understanding of the organization's mission and vision statement and direct the planning, advocacy and services around the mission and vision.
